Be friends with both, but find you're love interest out side of this group. You don't seem too hurt that your ex is seeing your best friend. Unless she cleared it with you, doesn't seem like she's that good of a friend. If she did, and you gave her the go ahead, then deal with it, and move on.

For starters she isn't your friend. How could your real friend go with your ex, and better yet why would your ex go with your Best friend. I think they both never really cared about you at all and you need to leave them both alone because they did you wrong. I don't see why you would even feel bad, they should feel bad for going and sneaking behind your back. For all you know they could have been messing around when y'all were together. I say
