I agree with everyone else here, cheesecakes are not meant to be frosted. Make a nice glaze and get some fresh fruit (make sure they're big and sweet) and decorate it. I also like one of the ideas of putting the cheesecakes on different height stands with a different kind of fruit on each. That would be attractive and everybody would be able to have something they like (If they eat cheesecake :) Good Luck

My father had cheesecakes at his wedding instead of traditional cake. He had them arranged on different height cake stands and they were all different flavors. He did NOT have them frosted...that is not how cheesecake is made. I don't think it would taste good that way either. I would just do a beautiful table scape and arrange the cakes on different height cake stands. Good luck!!

I wouldn't frost a cheesecake, but rather drizzle on a raspberry, or strawberry, or chocolate sauce, then pile fresh fruit at the base with maybe a small cluster on top. Good Luck!

I agree with everyone else that cheesecake and icing don't go together.
But some bakers put buttercream on them. Others add fondant as well.

You don't ever frost a cheese cake. If you want it smart, then decorate it with glazzed fruits/ chocolate shards or other things, but never ever frost a cheese cake. You'll only spoil it!

I've never tried to frost a cheescake, but I think I'd use cream cheese frosting (cream cheese and powdered sugar beat together).

the suited frosting you'll discover that tastes tremendous and looks tremendous isn't gonna come from a crisco can and many sugar. Egg white frosting isn't universal in this time or in the US inspite of the undeniable fact that it is the most organic and really classic cake frosting there is. it is no longer too sweet so that you do not grow to be uninterested in ingesting it after some seconds. My associates tasted it for the first time 6 months in the past and they actually loved it. actual cake experts will recognize the thanks to make and use this frosting on a wedding ceremony cake. it is now problematical to apply except you're a good decorator inspite of the undeniable fact that it is going to seem remarkable on a wedding ceremony cake. (My mom made her wedding ceremony cake with this frosting.) i visit allow you to recognize this: it is going to come off truthfully if the humidity ranges are too extreme. except that that's the most organic and enticing frosting you'll discover available. :)
