the carbs come from the fructose, sugar, naturally found in fruits and are "good" carbs. Fruit alone will not have a negative impact on fat loss nor will they make you gain fat. Fruits are an EXCELLENT source of water, antioxidants and fiber, and are much lower in carbs than most other sources of fiber which often consist of simple carbohydrates ("bad carbs").

Fruit has carbs, vegetable proteins, lots of minerals and lots of vitamins. You'd have to eat a crate of strawberries a day to gain weight. Now if you put them on a piece of shortcake and topped them with whipped cream, we'd be talking about a whole different ballgame, but just strawberries by themselves won't do anything except give you pleasure.
Did you know strawberries are the only fruit that has its seeds on the outside? Strange, huh?

Fruit does have carbs, but they are considered good carbs. They are not the processed ones like in break and rice.
Strawberries also contain natural sugar, so eating a ton of them probably isn't the best thing however fruits are full of fiber so if you are going to the bathroom more because you are eating so many, it seems like it would sort of even itself out.

Well, you shouldn't be eating anything all day long. Colorful fruits like strawberries and blueberries, etc. have a lot of antioxidants and essential vitamins that are very useful to your body. Everything in moderation, dear...

it is good for your health but eating them all day dont you get tried of eating strawberries eat something else like another fruit aslo ask you doctor if you have gain weight and if you gain weight stop eating them also ask your doctor if eating strawberries everday is good for if not then their is a problem

strawberries have sugar naturally in them.... all sugar should be eaten in moderation. Sorry, I love them too! But at least your not eating chocolate bars all day long. You would really have issues then... LOL

cows eat grass, cows eat a lot of grass, cows get fat. you eat a lot of anything you will get fat. strawberries like most fruit have nothing but carbs, no protien. (i am not comparing you to a cow)
