This morning when I fired a young lassie, as she had openly declared her love for Jesus on the intranet ("he is gods gift to human kind" she said), a thought came to me. Could it be that she meant he is gods git, and it was a mere spelling error? Though religion is a sin in our company, mocking it is celebrated.

And further to that, what if the Bible is full of such translation and spelling errors? Could 'holy ghost' be 'wholly goat', 'god' be 'dog' and 'mozes' be 'my sis', and so on? In other words, should I not have let her go?

You're absolutely correct of course, and more and more evidence today points to you being correct. The Bible is really just a fake story, perhaps a bit like the Loch Ness monster tales.

When we pass on information to another (example: story, joke, description of something etc) by the time these details are passed on by word of mouth, interpreted by others, and then written down, the final details are typically quite different than the original information.

Since the Bible is just a man-made story passed down over many years in various forms, the chance of it being accurate in any shape or form is remote.

There are people who swear blind that the Loch Ness monster exists regardless of all the evidence to the contrary, but a fence post bobbing up and down in the Loch does the trick. Similarly there are people who swear blind that God exists and the Bible is fact, yet there isn’t one blind bit of evidence to support such theories.

Biblical tales are really no different than Loch Ness monster tales, just the era is different.

You are so miserable:) And that's so funny:)

Feelin' joy by saying those arguments about Bible? Who doesn't?:) I mean, there's something great in assuming that such a mistakes are made in such a great thing...

But that's so pathetic. And you can't imagine how much:))

Tell you a simple patehtic reason-why..

Very very probably... that so many centuries we've been reading.. such a crap, and behole... who cares?:)

One more thing.. Now you are refering to Bible translated in english. And there are just about couple of thousands languages left in the world, and I'll take my language (serbian), and you just can't substitute words and letters in it.

For example: God's gift, in eng, could be god's git. But in my lang., its: Boziji poklon, and just maybe, that's means that such a mistakes are made during the typing translation (in eng.), or the translator was a complete idiot.

What made you so desperate, young man:)), so you are looking any invisible weak place, to attack, and get a bit of victory feeling over the most stupid and pathetic institution, that's been existing thanking to brain-washed zombies...

If you deny God, that's just OK. But wasting your energy on laughing to it, that's even better. You'll get tired of it..

Bible is definetly understood in a wrong way. Not as a bunch of crap, full of spelling errors. It is a big metaphore.
If the Bible is understood wrong, then there's achance that, Curan is full of spelling errors, and every other written document about religion. Hey, doesn't that mean that people who wrote it lived in a world where everyone denied religion. Or most of them. You get to the point where's no God. And such a place doen't exists.

I hope you won't get this literally. Though I'm not great at spelling english too..

P.S. God said in serbian means bastard:) We call it Bog. And the best thing is that everyone for word "God" use a term in jewish. Or hebrew.

God is not mocked enjoy while you are here because the future don't look good.Dan 5:17 Then Daniel answered and said before the king, Let thy gifts be to thyself, and give thy rewards to another; yet I will read the writing unto the king, and make known to him the interpretation.
Dan 5:18 O thou king, the most high God gave Nebuchadnezzar thy father a kingdom, and majesty, and glory, and honour:
Dan 5:19 And for the majesty that he gave him, all people, nations, and languages, trembled and feared before him: whom he would he slew; and whom he would he kept alive; and whom he would he set up; and whom he would he put down.
Dan 5:20 But when his heart was lifted up, and his mind hardened in pride, he was deposed from his kingly throne, and they took his glory from him:
Dan 5:21 And he was driven from the sons of men; and his heart was made like the beasts, and his dwelling was with the wild asses: they fed him with grass like oxen, and his body was wet with the dew of heaven; till he knew that the most high God ruled in the kingdom of men, and that he appointeth over it whomsoever he will.
Dan 5:22 And thou his son, O Belshazzar, hast not humbled thine heart, though thou knewest all this;
Dan 5:23 But hast lifted up thyself against the Lord of heaven; and they have brought the vessels of his house before thee, and thou, and thy lords, thy wives, and thy concubines, have drunk wine in them; and thou hast praised the gods of silver, and gold, of brass, iron, wood, and stone, which see not, nor hear, nor know: and the God in whose hand thy breath is, and whose are all thy ways, hast thou not glorified:
Dan 5:24 Then was the part of the hand sent from him; and this writing was written.
Dan 5:25 And this is the writing that was written, MENE, MENE, TEKEL, UPHARSIN.
Dan 5:26 This is the interpretation of the thing: MENE; God hath numbered thy kingdom, and finished it.
Dan 5:27 TEKEL; Thou art weighed in the balances, and art found wanting.
Dan 5:28 PERES; Thy kingdom is divided, and given to the Medes and Persians.
Dan 5:29 Then commanded Belshazzar, and they clothed Daniel with scarlet, and put a chain of gold about his neck, and made a proclamation concerning him, that he should be the third ruler in the kingdom.
Dan 5:30 In that night was Belshazzar the king of the Chaldeans slain.
In Christ ,

Good thing you fired her. Damn lassie shouldn't have a right to think contraversial things. She should really just pander to the desires of management, in spite of her own beliefs. Shame on her.

You are a jekr ...using conformity to do your bidding and without compassion which all those that ask for mercy will certainly want one day! It's not about Religion,or you,but IT IS ABOUT GOD and the relationship you NEED with HIM!

compassion got the better of you. religion took what god had to offer and prostituted it. all that look at jesus's life, regardless of background, realize the hope he brings. the greatest enemy to jesus is christianity....
