It's from a Pedro the Lion song, if your familiar with his music, you'd know he uses a lot of satire to make his points. Just curious what you thought of that one; particularly in the context of our world of political correctness and relative morality.

The reason that a person is a criminal is because he/she does not like to obey rules. I minister to men and women in prison---convicted felons, and at no time have I ever had one tell me that they were innocent of the crimes that they were charged with. Jesus loves you.

seems pretty straightforward to me....i.e. rules separate the "men from the boys" so to speak....those that are willing to comply and those who simply don't seem to be able to.
