I am currently cutting. I want to take creatine when i have reached my desired bodyfat level.
Will it make me gain muscle or will i bulk up totally?
i.e the water retention i have heard about, how long does that last?
Is it good for women looking for that lean look?

nope. its bad for your kidneys, when you stop taking it you will go back to normal, AND worst of all, you can look fatter from the water retention. stick to high protien shakes, etc.

Ummm...I don't reccomend that you deal with creatine, I have heard bad things about it.

You'll look sort of "puffed up"....it's hard to explain. And, the minute you stop taking it, you'll go back to normal. It's hard on the kidneys too...so you may feel sort of sick. I would skip it....

my brother took that,...he looked the way he wanted,...but it made him very edgy all of the time...he eventually got off of it.
