what do think about a man 37 'dating' a woman 22?
keep an open mind. if an older woman dates a younger man it's acccepted, but if an older man 'dates' a much younger woman it's looked down upon. talk to me.

This is how the world looks at this issue:

With guys it turns into pedifilia. With women it's like menopause hear me roar, I've still got it.

Besides, women set the standards. Older women get angry when a guy their age is dating a younger female. That's why it's not accepted.

It's all about jealousy. But personally, as a younger female (20) I get grossed out when an older guy wants to date me. It's like ok....you could be my dad OR eeeellll, why aren't your married, something serious has to be wrong with you.

But don't take offense. Like I said, mainly it's not accepted because older woman hate it. Age is something you can't control (without plastic surgery). so we fight it by telling older guys date older women....younger guys...it makes you super cool to date an older woman. (HAHA WHAT A VICIOUS CYCLE)

Well, it's all in the person. If you are an older man "dating" a woman who is younger, then there must be a connection between the two of you. Does she carry herself as though she was older? Or do she act young and your turned on by it. If it's just for the sex, keep it on the "hush hush" cause then you will be in a worst situation at the end. But if you two are comfortable about each other and enjoys each other presents, **** what people say. Enjoy life. You only live it once.

See, I think it's the opposite.....guys can date younger, but older women seem to be frowned upon. There are so many teachers and younger male students lately...but no, I think it's perfectly fine...you are both adults, so go for it and have fun. Besides, I'm 37 and for some reason, I've gotten a gaggle of younger guys...lol...and I don't even talk dirty with them...lol

I would give the girl the space to reach 25 before getting really serious. I find by 25 most people have completed their education, are done with testing identities, matured enough to find their own place in the world, and can move forward knowing themselves well enough to not have regret.

So dating for fun? Why not you both are of legal age and consent. Older men are fascinating and can give her one thing boys her own age can't ; more of themselves. Hopefully your the mature one that can show her how a lady should be treated.

I see nothing wrong with that. It's when the girl is under 18 that it gets grose. As long as they have the same goals in life it is fine by me. Only problem I ever see is a lot of women giving up their dreams of having children b/c they are w/a guy that's older and doesn't want any more b/c his are grown. I think that is wrong. I don't think a girl should sacrifice all that for a guy. As long as the two are on the same page.......go for it.

That being said, you have an obvious advantage in experience verses the girls previous boyfriends, and likely when you are done with her, she'll never be able to date someone who isn't as "good" as you.
Just a thought.

i personally think an older man dating a younger woman is great.....where do they look down on you for that???? I say go for it......

i'd ask your self what's misguided with him that he can't get women persons his own age...and would desire that he's time-honored with that an age difference like that doesn't make for a lifelong relationship.

Actually, if an older woman dates a younger man, she'll get funny looks too.

And it shouldn't matter, provided both parties are consenting adults and neither is married.
