i see him at the library everyday i sent him a note(anynmous)and told him to put it by my steps at my house and never did . . . wellp i wanna talk ta him and it seems when ever im there he always goes . . . and i wanna know how to approach him and talk to him and what to talk about he likes to play football and im not really into football my brother plays i play volleyball . . . so can someone help me! Just do it... i mean what is the worst that can happen... he doesn't like you in return... then you will know you have to move on, but if he does like you aren't you glad you ttook the chace,
Just go up to him and ask him what he is doing everyday at the library, introduce yourself and try to hit it off. It might help to have friedn go withyou for support and make up a code(like touching your hair)so she know whether she could leave you too are going to hang or help come save me he isn't who i thougt he was. Look him straight in the eye, flash him a big ole smile and say hi. That may get his attention enough for him to come talk to you. If it doesn't, the next time you see him go ask him what he's studying/reading. Maybe it will be a subject or teacher you are familiar with and can talk about. You never know!

okay the note thing most guys dont like to write notes i wouldnt get upset about that. just ask him if he mind if u had his phone number get then call him start it off with how was your day he will most likely say its was alright if so say what did ya do today then if he is the one that u like and want to be with u will have things to say beleave me i no

STOP being shy and just walk right up to him and say " Hi..blahblah.." or if you are not that bold..act like you are walking and " run " into him..let your books drop to the floor...if he is a gentleman then he would bend to help pick up your books...then strike up a confersation..good luck

start off slowly with just a casual "hi" then as he gets more comfortable around you, you can start talking about other things and maybe go out
