hi everyone, recently i've been trying to get myself on a healthy diet... so this morning i had oatmeal with soy milk and a banana (no sugar) then for luch i had boiled beans, a boiled potato, brocolli, an orange and a plum. i'm i on the right track?

Yes, it's a good start. However, you're body will begin craving fats if you don't give it any. Rather than going cold turkey (no pun intended) try eating meat in moderation...if you're not a veggie already.

Exercise is key as well. Even just a few times a week will help to speed up your metabolism and muscle burns calories more quickly that fat.

It sounds like you are on the right track. I know its a pain, but calorie monitoring is really the best way to lose weight. Try to aim for about 1500 calories a day.

yes u are on the right track the perfect track in fact a good mix of fruit veggies, maybe some more protine and calcium needed but soya milk is great good job!

This is an excllent start.

Be sure to add some exercise to your routine - even walking for 30 mins a day is good.

Your breakfast sounds good but I would change your lunch and eat the fruits as snacks over the course of the day.

eating healthier is good.. but if ur trying to lose wieght cut down on the portions
