One doesn't usually get jail time for sexual harrassment. Sexual harrassment is very different than sexual misconduct, molestation, or assault. Harrassment is about making someone uncomfortable not about an actual physical crime.

Laws differ by state I work for the Indiana Department of correction and I know of someone who is serving a 10 year sentence for Sexual Harassment but it involved a minor. There are a lot of variables that can make it a small punishment up to a long sentence.

I dont know if you can get time for that. I believe its a civil issue and not a criminal matter.
