Ignore the first answer. They are lying.

iPods and Cameras are allowed on Domestic US flights.
I'm thinking if you go on a flight from the UK, they are now allowing iPods and cameras, but take this with a grain of salt. I may be wrong.

When in doubt, consult your airline.

Cameras, Ipods, MP3's and laptops are still allowed on the US flights, as far as if your in another country, I don't know.

yes you can take them, but you have to be at a certain height before they'll let you use any electronic devices. They'll let you know when you get to that point, they'll say the pilot has authorized the use of electronic devices, and they'll give examples. But ipods and cameras fit that category.

electronics are fine on domestic US flights. Check with the airline for international flights.

Check w/the airline by calling ahead prior to assuming you can. Seems the whole carry on issue is a pretty fluid environment currently.

it really depends on where you are flying out or into. the detonator for an attempted air attack was an ipod so it is possible youd be ask to leave your lovely mp3 player behind. best to call the airport and ask.
