Physically neither one will fill you up more, each having the same amount of mass. However, because water is a denser matierial, it will FEEL, as though you are filled up more.

I think the bread because there is air in it and it is not how much it weighs that fills you up is how much volume it takes up in your stomach. And there is more volume in 100g of bread than there is in a 100g of water

when you say water and use a "g" after wards I assume you mean Gallons. When you say "g" after bread I assume you mean grams.
Gallons is a unit of measure for liquid. Grams a measure of solids generally. So, the pure weight of 100g of water would be much more massive than 100g of bread.

The density is important. 100gm of water would be about 1/2 cup of water. Whereas 100 gm of bread would be about 1/4 of a loaf of bread, depending on the type.
So I would say that the bread would be more filling.

although bread may expand in your stomach, water is more dense by comparison. you will be full by both, but for how long is the debate. water seems to have a way of going right through you, so it would seem that bread would stick to you longer. i'd still say that water would make you feel more full.

The water will go right through you not filling you up at all. The enzymes in your stomach will take time to decompose the bread making you feel fuller longer.

The volumetric point of view is that mass equals density times volume.100g cotton and 100g iron.m=d.V
