I'm 5'3", weigh 104.5 and eat maybe 1000 calories on a good day. however, my habits aren't real good. I walk daily for 2 or more miles very briskly. Have had days in the past of more and of less calories. Check with your doc if there is a concern. What you need depends on your activity level and such.

I eat approximately 1800 calories on any given day and I weight 130lbs. I am trying to lose 10 pounds and will be reducing to 1500 to do so. Oh and I am 5'3

according to www.pyramid.gov, (where u will find specific calorie needs), I am suppose to eat 2200 calories a day, I am 20 yrs old, 5'6 135, and very active I exercise 1 hour-2 hrs a day, so the amount of calories are good for my individual needs.

I weigh 162 pounds. Close to 6 feet tall. 36-years-old. Male.
I eat about 2500 - 3500 calories a day. Extremely active with a fast metabolism. My desk has enough food to almost stock a supermarket.
