Grief is a very personal thing. Some people do better in solitude. Other find that talking to someone can help. If you think you'd fall in to the second category, there are a lot of avenues you can go down for support. Family members are a local choice, but they may be experiencing her loss in a different way and may not understand your troubles. You could try your spiritual advisor since they typically have training in helping people through the grieving process and are free of cost. A counselor is always an option. There is no shame in seeking out a professional. My toughts are with you.

Hi, I don't know about your spiritual beliefs. However, it would help immensely if you try some meditation and donate something in your mother's name (it doesn't have to be cash, it could be a service at some charitable place, food for the homeless, a couple of hours at the old age home or an orphanage or something like it). The idea is to do something noble in memory of your beloved mom and also share your grief with the others, who are battling it out among all the difficulties of life. You can make it an annual affair for the rest of your life. Whatever you do, please take care and seek refuge with the Almighty. And also its very important to carry on your work as usual. The show must go on.........Take care, God Bless.

Try to take your mind off it, concentrate on something else. When you think of her, just Amil and know that she's probably in a better place.
Also, think of what she'd have loved you to do in this situation and I'm very sure she doesn't want you to grieve so much. And talk to god to help you through this period

Allow yourself time to grieve. Avoiding it will only prolong the extreme pain. Go ahead and cry. Get the anger out of your system because grief is one thing you can not go around, you have to go through it.
My heart is with you.

Deal with and just know that she loved you and you loved her. People die that just what they do. You will lose a lot of people in your life and just know that they will be in a better place. I hope!
