I asked my friend at work who has super white teeth. I haven't done it yet because it's pricey but I want teeth like hers so I'm gonna.
Crest whitening strips. They cost around 40$ and you do them for a week or so at night I think.
The effect lasts about three months she said.

baking soda is the best way to whiten teeth. first brush your teeth w/ regular toothpaste then put some baking soda on your tooth brush and scrub that onto your teeth. then rinse. you should see some changes in the color of your teeth within a week.

brush your teeth everyday..use whitening colgate...use crest whitestrips...dont drink coffee-this will stain your teeth

use whitenig toothpaste and brush ur teeth day and night...and if u ereally really want themn white.....brush tthem after lunch...
also us the whoiten stipes thingys...they work

toothbrush and toothpaste seems to work pretty good....but ya got to do it a couple time a day or it wont work.
