1) What hair gel or somehting should i use to keep my hair up and look wet ( not dry ) and if possible not hard ?

yea...sorry but you can achieve that look however it has to be slightly hard. First use some mouse when your hair is almost dry, then use the blowdryer for about 30 seconds on a low setting. Next use a small small small amount of gel and just kinda scrunch it on the ENDS OF YOUR HAIR ONLY. Next you style it how you like it and spray a normal amount of spray on wax. Last step, use some citre shine and spray it in your hair. And you're done! I've been doing this for years so If it doesn't work then you're doing it wrong!

try mousse with no alcohol. The alcohol makes it hard

try hair gum stuff. it holds and is soft....but some are greasy.
