It's easy. Go up to him and start a conversation and just ask if he's doing anything on a certain night and if not then would he like to go out with you. Be confident!

Just get to know him and be your (wonderful) self! Show him your good sides. If he likes you, he will ask you out. If he doesn't, it's his loss. Just relax and enjoy life!
