If you deliberately ran a red light. Pay it. A friend of mine was killed by a red light runner.

Did you really run it?
Many intersections now have cameras to catch red light runners, if so you probably can't contest the photo.
If you've been caught running the yellow, it's still an infraction.
If you're caught in the middle of the intersection when the light turns red, it's still illegal because you're blocking traffic.'

answer me this have you had any prior moving violations in the last 3 years. if not check out the local laws regarding motor vehicles, in the state of rhode island, if you have not had any motor vehicle violations in 3 years they can dismiss the case under the good drivers statue.
