yes, but watch for the sun, might get way too hot for such a little creature.

I had a parakeet by the window because there was a tree next to it and all the little birdies would tweet in the tree and my parakeet would get so excited and sqwauk as parakeets do nevermind the crazy looks as butterflies and dragonflies went by....but I would leave the blinds 3/4 of the way down the cage (not the window, but the cage) so that he'd have a shady place to go AND a place to look out. He loved it.

As long as they have an area where they can get out of the sun sometime during the day, they should be ok.
