Deciding which clubs to buy based on recommendations from Yahoo Answers is absolutely the worst approach you could find. None of these people know anything about you. The best thing you could do is find a demo day in your area and go hit clubs from several companies. Demo days are listed on all the websites of the major golf club makers and are also advertised in your local newspaper. Talk to the reps and definitely get fitted. You will probably want to start with a game improvement club from whatever maker you chose. The reps can tell you about those too. Also there are numerous websites that rate clubs and there is a wealth of information on the internet. Most of the major club makers have interactive tools on their websites that will help you narrow down your choices. Ping has a great web fit feature on their website, though it will never replace a live fitting. All these things take time and are a lot harder than just asking someone else what you should be hitting, but in the long run you will be happier and more satisfied with your decision ; o)

You have 2 options really. One is to go for an off the shelf set, but thats not a great option. Being 6'2", the clubs will be too short for you!
Best bet is to go for a game improver set (Mizuno MX-17 are recommended) but get them custom fitted.
The worst thing to do is buy a standard set off the shelf and then decide in a couple years to go for a custom set as your swing will need to change and your game will be messed up!!
Hope that helps! Happy golfing!

Have yourself fitted for the clubs you buy. It doesn't matter what the expense of the clubs are, if they are not right for you they will not help you.
