You don't "need" someone in your life. Happiness lies with finding and following your passions, but first you have to free yourself from the accumulations of bad feelings from your past, also known as toxic nostalgia. You have to admit your hurt, confront those who've hurt you, and get away from those who don't care if they hurt you and continue to do so. Once you've freed yourself, forgiven others and forgiven yourself, you will find love for yourself to carry you through life. While following your passions you'll undoubtedly meet someone to complement you and your life style, someone just as dynamic and free as you have become.
As for whether you can have children or not, that's a question for your doctor. Find out the diagnoses, then read all about it. When the time comes, you'll be ready to face it either way.

If you spend less time on the computer and more time in real life, your chances are better. Get out of the house - you sound depressed. Get some sun and air, look for clubs, church groups, book groups, etc.
Ask a doctor specifically what your chances are of having a successful pregnancy. But for now, concentrate on getting out and with other people to make friends. The best relationships start as friendships, and very few great friendships start online.

I truly hope so, however we are not psychics. No one in this type of forum can really answer that for you. Talk to a doctor or a counselor. I wish you much good luck. And I hope you someday find the happiness that you seek. Good luck. May God Bless.

Are you actively seeking a mate, or sitting on Y!A hoping he'll sense some overwhelming connection just because of your nickname and chose to contact you?
Google: David Wygant.
Good luck.

There are guys who're out there because they love YOU and not an incubator of their gene pool (I hope so *lol); so don't worry. There's adoption and other options for you to be parents.
It's great that you're honest and straightforward about it because, as I sense you already know, some guys just won't go for it, it's sad...

Honey, Family comes in many different forms, there are lots of children out there that need homes and lots of single men raising children alone.
There are too many options to pity yourself and limit yourself to giving birth.
Get out there and enjoy your life and all you have to offer and men will notice that.
