There is no real answer to this question but what I have learned of what love is to me and that is the word LOVE itself holds the answer.......
(L)isten: and validate them by hearing and empathizing.
(O)verlook: their minor character flaws as they will overlook yours.
(V)alue: who they are and what they mean to you.
(E)xpress: how you love them not just with words but with actions.

To me, love comes from the heart...lust is when you want to f**k the h**l out of them....enfatuation is just wanting to see them, be around them, etc..and romance is doing something sweet, like giving flowers, or showing an interest in them.....romance is sort of a combination of all of the others.

these are just my own personal opinions :)
love: caring SO MUCH for someone that u want the best for them, putting their happiness above your own
lust: wanting someone or something without caring about what u deserve, or what they deserve. without finding out who that person really is. basing things on physical attraction and nothing more.
infatuation: allowing feelings, emotions to overrun your logical mind; u may know that the person is bad for you, but u use ur feelings to control your actions. emotions are not rational, and therefore can be wrong when assessing a situation
romance: trying to make a relationship magical, fun, adventurous, and sweet.... u feel excited, exhilerated, happy and attracted because the situation is out of this world; out of ordinary, day-to-day routines, and shared between two people.
:)

I think infatuation and lust go hand in hand. When you first meet someone and can't get enough of them. Then you want a little romance. I your relationship last through those stages, you may fall in love.

Love comes from the heart. Care and affection are part of love.
Lust is purely sexual in nature. It is the desire to get physical.
Infatuation is like a crush on someone. You just admire or like them a lot.
Romance is the act of love. It is dating, courting etc.
