ISP bump you or terminate your connection after period of time or inactitivity depending what dialup service your using
Sites can kick you off or bump you for amount of time you were at it or for inactivity not clicking to different areas on the site.

when you post something on a forum and you basically add another post on it so that the post goes back to the top. Its frowned upon most of the time.
