Yes, the files, NOT the folder. Only if your pc is sluggish, would I recommend this, it's ok to delete but don't make it a ritual, it can actually harm the efforts of the pc after awhile.. Windows uses this folder to fetch apps, programs, etc. making it load faster, but if the folder is a high MB amount, then delete the files, to help it out.. Good Luck
