No, because that would be global suicide,goes against man's nature for survival. Regional conflicts and 'proxy' wars are the order for the day thank you.

TruthisGod: The United States will never fall apart. We are too strong.
20 years from now this will be looked at as World War III. Especially with conflicts in Iran and Somalia being very likely.
