you run into her at the store...They come up to you!!! you are shocked to see her.the reason you had moved on is because you had decided to move to another city...Why? because i wanted to... ask you ...She asks you for your phone number and you are not friends anymore and don't want to give it to her???: what can you say politely to her...before you just walk away???

well what did you do? cause i'm sure she's not standing in front of you waiting :) haha. tell her you don't have a cell nor a home phone. take down her number and tell her you'll call her when you get one....and you never do :)

i forgot to say, i do that with guys i don't like or whatever. i just tell them to give me their number and i just never call back. hey, they'll never reach you!

Give her a wrong number. And if you see her again and she says that was a wrong number tell her that you had to change your number because same one was harassing you on that number and at that time you still don't want to be friend with her give her another wrong number maybe she will get the point.
Keep in mind that 15 years is long time people grow up and think differently maybe give her a chance to be your friend again.

give her the number, but it doesn't mean you have to call her back right away..or at all, for that matter. the dynamics of relationships change. she will understand after a while.
