Which one is better option tooth extraction or root canal treatment? If so why...Ur suggestion is appreciated...thanx....

it depends if you want to keep your tooth or not. a lot depends on which tooth it is. an extraction is cheaper. root canal is expensive. if you have insurance, it may cover it. they can do some amazing things nowadays. remember if you extract, you cannot get back.

Justine is right. You really ought to try to keep all of your body parts. If you lose a tooth, it is best for the whole system if you replace it. There is not a good way to replace a tooth that costs less than root canal treatment followed by a crown.

I try to get patients to save the tooth rather than taking it out. Root canals today are easily done and usually without any pain. Yes, it is expensive, but so is trying to replace the space after you've taken out a tooth.
