If there is an Asian market near you go there. Pick a soy sauce that is vegetarian, which means no fish sauce added to it. Also check to see if there are peanuts in the soy sauce, I don't want peanuts but you might. These real Asian soy sauces are so superior and are inexpensive too.

I use Bragg Liquid Aminos...it is a healthy alternative to soy sauce, and it tastes really good! No chemicals, no preservatives, no artificial colors. You can use it like you would use soy sauce (on rice, noodles, stir-fry, etc.) plus you can use it on salad, popcorn, meats, fish, potatoes...pretty much anything. It comes in assorted sizes. 6 oz spray bottle for $2.98, 16 oz bottle for $3.95, 32 oz bottle for $6.45, and you can even get it in a gallon size jug.

Kikkoman is the most known. Unless you go to an Asain store and find one written in their language, this one is probably the best you can buy.
