The Scriptures say that Adam is a Son of God. [Luke 3:38] Adam is a metaphor for mankind. However, since Adam received a sentence of death for his transgression, we now reside in the world of the dead, knowing nothing - not even knowing that we are dead gods.

We are indeed all God's creations (Genesis 1:27). And we are all His children as well (Luke 3:38; Acts 17:28). This as far as our earthly life is concerned.

As far as our spiritual life is concerned, we need to be born again. We need the Spirit of God to make us new (John 3:3-8; Titus 3:3-7). We need to come to the Light that came into the world and gives light to every person (John 1:9; 3:16-21) - which Light is Jesus Christ.

As far as the second birth is concerned, it is the one who has done this who is God's child.

i believe we are all God's children..but some people choose not to accept that. it's like...we are all given the chance to accept it, but it doesnt' mean we are not His children.

for example, if a man has a biological son, but is not around, either left the family, or died, or what have you, is he not still the father? he is the father, but the son still has to accept that. if he chooses not to have a relationship with him, or is unable to, then he will not be able to be influenced or learn anything from said father. but he is still a father.

therefore, those who choose to accept Jesus' sacrifice and become heirs of God's Kingdom, they may do so. those who reject it, do not allow themselves to become heirs. but it's all a choice, and no one is right, no one is wrong. i believe if u continuously seek and learn and grow to be a better person in ur life, u will know what is right for you. regardless if others think u are "bad" or "not going to heaven" or what have you..that doesn't matter one bit. what matters is how you view yourself, and ur ability to continue to seek what is Good, Positive, Healthy for yourself and ur family.

John 8:44 - You belong to your father, the devil, and you want to carry out your father's desire. He was a murderer from the beginning, not holding to the truth, for there is no truth in him. When he lies, he speaks his native language, for he is a liar and the father of lies.

Not all are children of God.

If you are a true Christian, then you are a child of God. Romans 8:16, 17.

Pretty much it says the "god's children" arguement is a figure of speech: don't run with it.

Another rhetoric question of yours.
Isn't vanity a sin according to your believes?

You seem to love to be the one who is asking those silly questions, just to feel superior through "judging the right" answer.

Pathetic.

Assuming a God, that would only hold true for the first generation. After that, we are produced by our ancestors.
