Gay or not gay, you are addressing an issue of fidelity. If you are not going to be loyal to your partner, then don't get married. You are not ready for that commitment. (Note: I mean partner, same or different gender).

No, because in my mind, that would be cheating. If he's going to sleep around with other people (even if they're not women), he's cheating on me. Marriage is about commitment, loyalty and security.
I'm sure there are women out there who would do so, but I'm not one of them.
Also, would he extend the same courtesy to his wife? Would she be allowed to sleep with other women? What if she doesn't like other women? Would she be allowed to sleep with other men? If he's allowed to stray from the marital bed, she should be allowed to, as well.

You don't want to be with a man who insists on living on the down low. He could catch something and then bring it home to you! Of course he could also catch something if he's with other women, but men like this are notorious for denying that they could be the carriers of any STD because then they will have to admit to having a secret life.

That would be cheating. You may think you could handle it but eventually it would bother you. I would only marry someone who considers me his life partner - "forsaking all others."
