Yes, shake each one of their hands - make sure you make eye contact, that says a lot...when you get finished shaking the last one's hand simply say "It's a pleasure meeting all of you, thank you for taking the time to meet with me today.." something like that..
GOOD LUCK..........Marilyn

sure why not a nice firm hand shake is best- we didnt hire a person once because their hand shake gave us the willies...it was loose and uncaring and for some reason sent off a bad feeling amoung all of us. Not to hard but eager is best!Be entuastic and interested no buts ums and duhs. Sit up straight and be attentive. Have all the facts ready and smile!

Yes shake hands with them say good morning, or good afternoon, thank you for seeing me -something in that vein. That's just good manners.
Panel interviews are now becoming quite predominate, bring enough resumes and reference lists so that if one of them doesn't have any , you'll have some at your finger tips.
Stay focused and relax, really listen actively and don't let attitude throw you. Some new interview panels throw attitude at you to see how you react.
Good luck.

I would not introduce yourself to all four if they're all standing right there, but I would shake all of their hands. It would be good to say things like, "Good afternoon, nice meeting you," etc. They will probably be introducing themselves so that will take take the pressure off of you having to speak.

I say yes, shake all 4 hands, and say to them "nice to meet you all." Always show positivness, etiquette, and pride, I know it's hard, but just go with the flow, maybe as you tell the first one "Hi, my name is ____" to the second one say "hello", to the third one "How are you?" and to the last one "nice to meet you" and take it from there! Good luck with the job interview.

Shake hands with all four, introduce yourself to all of them at once, tell each one individually that its nice to meet them, and on the way out, shake hands with all four and thank each one individually.

Absolutely! You should demonstrate your abilities to mingle in a group. It is a sign of networking skills and leadership abilities. DO NOT go in and only shake one person's hand or ignore the other 3. Be comfortable in the group and speak to everyone in a professional but friendly way.
