I went through training and was supposed to graduate boot camp but was medically discharged for hypoglocemia. With my training are my hands considered deadly weapons. If they are, if I fight someone will I get into trouble more then a normal person would?

I'll tell you this straight forward, what you learned at boot camp when it comes to the MCMAP, is enough for two things, PROBABLY defend yourself in a situation and enough to get you butt kicked if you don't know what you are doing. The reason I tell you this is because I am a Marine and I was a MCMAP instructor as well as a close combat instructor. Now, as for the courts, because you went to boot, they will see you as a person that should know right from wrong and the outcome of your actions or inactions. Will they be rougher on you, depends, did you kill the guy/girl? What other circumstances came with this incident? How much trainign did you receive and if you ever saw combat. Since you made it to third phase but never graduated, they will see it as limited experience and will usually notbe rougher on you. However, honestly, you should not be telling anyone you went to boot camp unless they ask you when it comes to these situations or a lawyer. You were never out in the field and never saw combat so your emotions are not the clouded ones that grunts get after serving in combat. Don't worry about it. Sorry to hear you didn't make it through. Regardless, Semper Fi.

The whole "registered as deadly weapons" thing is an old..old..old..urban legend. The ONLY thing you need to be concerned about is your states law regarding use of force (also known as "defense of justification"). Training and experience could possibly be used against you in a civil case, but as far as the penal law goes it doesnt make a difference if you are a black belt or a "trained killer".

Your hands aren't deadly weapons. Why? Gonna whack someone with a pugil stick? Or did you make it to third phase before you got washed out?
I don't think this will be a concern. No need to worry

Are you a retard??
Yes you would, because you are considered military. You would be looked down on for your arrogant style.. What the hell dude..
I'm a Marine. .....You are supposed to have more discipline and be more professional. Fighting someone ...especially for something stupid-- is exactly what it is.. Stupid!!
I know boots are dumb, but.. damn, you and this question-- and fighting is what makes the Marine Corps look dumb-- and childish..

I've heard people say that if you were a Marine or in the military you will get a harsher penalty since you are trained to kill. HOWEVER, I have NEVER heard any facts to back this up.
I have no reason to believe it is true.

Antything you learned at "PI" is nothing more than smart street fighting. There was no martial arts component was there?
I saw plenty of guys get their A*sses handed to them on the streets of "J-ville" by civilians right out of boot camp. It isn't all that specialized.
So the answer is , no.
