First off in Judaism your reward is based on your actions not your beliefs (Non-Jews have equal access to the world to come).

But as an answer to your questions intent it is called replacement theology. Both Christians and Muslims practice it. For Example Christians think they replaced the Jews and Muslims think they replaced the Christians.

According to the Christian bible, the old testament (sometimes seen as the Jewish/Israelite one) said why a savior was needed (to prove to Satan that a perfect man could stay faithful to God, and then to die to repay what Adam gave away-a perfect life). The New testament (the Christian one) says that savior is Jesus Christ. But the Jews as a whole didn't accept Jesus as the savior/messiah. Because of this according to Christian tradition that means the Jews broke the covenant they had with God by not accepting the savior, so God no longer held his covenant to the Jews as a whole. He extended it to the Gentiles (non-Jews), and while God accepts Jews who accept Jesus (again only according to Christian faith) He has rejected the Jews as a whole because they rejected His plan. So now the Gentiles have a claim (given to them by God) to the same heaven. But that is only the Christian tradition, read all you can and decide for yourself if that tradition is correct or if something else is correct.

Simple. Because the same God that chose the Jews, also said that ANYONE could join!!

Ignorance is NOT bliss.

Hmm, possibly because the new testament of the KJV specifically states that heaven is for jews and gentiles, and anybody that accepts Jesus as their savior, repents of their sins, and is baptized.

You have it backwards, God didn't choose the Jews, the Jews chose God. Think about it, it does not mean the same.

Every religion claims that its followers are God's chosen people.

It would be a pretty pathetic religion that claimed that another religion was actually right...
