I just found this recipe

Hawaiian Breakfast Wraps
6 eggs
1/4 cup milk or water
2 tablespoons butter
1/4 cup chopped ham
1/4 cup chopped red or green bell pepper
1 (8 ounce) can crushed pineapple, drained
4 (8-inch) flour tortillas
Beat eggs and milk in a medium bowl until blended. Set aside.
Melt butter over medium heat in large skillet. Sauté ham and bell pepper until lightly browned and pepper is tender-crisp. Stir in egg mixture. Add pineapple. Scramble until ingredients are hot and egg is at desired doneness, stirring constantly.
Evenly divide egg mixture among tortillas. Roll as desired.
Serve immediately.

here's another

ON-THE-GO BREAKFAST PITA

4 eggs, slightly beaten
One 16-oz. package shredded hash brown potatoes
1/4 cup chopped fresh chives
4 whole wheat pita bread
4 slices ham
4 slices Swiss or cheddar cheese
Salt and pepper to taste

1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees. In a bowl, thoroughly mix the eggs, hash browns and chives together. Season with salt and pepper.

2. Divide the egg mixture and spread evenly on top of the pitas. Lay a slice of ham and cheese on top of each. Fold the pita sandwich in half and wrap tightly in aluminum foil. Place on a baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes. Open the aluminum foil and bake for an additional 5 minutes. Pitas can be sliced after 10 minutes, or wrapped in foil to take along and eat in the car on the way to work or school. Makes 4 servings.

A tablespoon is 3 teaspoons.
Best quick breakfast:
Start toasting 2 pieces of bread. Get some grated cheddar or Monterrey jack cheese. Break two eggs into a microwave safe bowl.
Beat until frothy.
Microwave for 2 minutes, stir, and let stand for another minute. Lay the toast on your plate. Pile on the eggs, cover with salsa or dot on some hot sauce, and cheese.
Microwave for 45 seconds to one minute until cheese melts. Voila! Breakfast! Have some juice or sliced fruit along side.

Cook up a pot of oatmeal and chop up an apple to throw in there too. Top it with brown sugar and milk and enjoy!!! Yummy and healthy. And takes about 5 minutes.

Oatmeal, put in some fruit like slices of banana or blueberries. It's nutritious, you're getting some fruit in for the day, and it's filling...Oatmeal will stick to your stomach for sooo long.

I'd also get a cup or glass of milk, coffee, or Juice.

Grilled Cheese and Bacon Sandwiches.

Fry up three pieces of bacon (pre-cooked bacon is even faster) place that and cheese between lightly buttered bread and fry golden brown about 2 min on each side.
