Yes. I honor local land and water deities so it is also a religious experience. When outside I find answers to questions, serenity, and a feeling of just being alive and a part of everything. It is easy to feel the connection at the top of a mountain, near a large waterfall, or while watching a sunrise or sunset. It is also there in a public park and on the banks of a river where there are others around. It's there, if I chose to feel it.

When times get hard it is best to observe nature and the beauty of wildlife. There is a natural balance of things, which we as humans could benefit to be a part of. Instead we are wasteful, hoarding gifts that come from nature and giving nothing back but our garbage. We should all try to feel at one with our environment, take only what we need to survive, and give back our strengths to replenish it. Yet we continue to destroy and relocate natural flora and its wildlife.

Yes I always do. I live in an area cruelly dealt with by Hurricane Katrina and I have learned to see beauty and hope in ugliness and desolation. And it is peaceful here for the present. We have cleaned up the debris and have yet to rebuild the 'future'. My greatest trial now is to not fear the future and have hope and confidence that things will be good.

Oh yeah, I enjoy nature until the mosquitoes start biting me or I almost pass out from the humidity... that's when I head for the house and the A/C!!!

We can see what we wish to manifest in our environment. When we see peace, we are manifesting peace. When we are not seeing peace, that too will manifest.
