Romans 1:20 "For the invisible things of him from the creation of the world are clearly seen, being understood by the things that are made, even his eternal power and Godhead; so that they are without excuse"

No, that answers nothing. And is merely a way of answering those who have faith and doubt, not those that need convincing. To be honest the quote seems to admit that the basis of the Christian faith is a bit silly.
Looks like you'll die just like the rest of us, but you'd also wasted much of your life believing in the impossible. Good luck with that.

Why do we even need to be here to be "saved"? God is supposed to be all knowing. God knows all there is or ever was or ever will be. So, even if we have this thing called free will, God already knows what our choices have been and are and will be, then he already knows whether we deserve to be saved or condemned, so why are we here? What is the point of our existence? But, then again what is the point of the existence of the man made idea called God & religion?

I say it is a line written by a dude, in another language that no one can completley agree on the translation, that you tell me is a fact. Yet when we read texts telling us that fire was brought down by a Titan we are supposed to say that is false.
Both are written on paper...both have the same amount of evidence.
If God is infinite then there would be infinite paths to God

I say the that Corinthians was written by a Gnostic and that even you are not following the religion that its author intended for you to follow (unless you actually happen to be a Gnostic, that chance of which is small).

Isn't that a little like saying "if you don't agree with me it's because you don't understand"
also, how do you explain then, those that were Christians but found the christian conception of the Creator far too narrow and self-serving?
