Yes, I could not a few month's ago, but I can now.
Over the last month I have been giving more and more of my life over to the Lord and he has taken away the desires I had for sinful things. I understand now what the scripture really means when it says "I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me".
I am finding that when I seek him he is always there, he never leaves me or forsakes me. When I have felt distant from my Lord it was on my part, not his.
I don't know if I could truly say I am being good, or that I see less of me and more of Christ.
I hope that those of you that pray will pray that this will continue for me and I will grow even closer to God.

Not of my own merit. But I can look in the mirror and know that I can ask God for forgiveness and it will be granted. And only on that merit can I look and see a good person.

As far as we imperfect human being can be and do. sure but of course! Yes, today and everyday.
but don't ask my mother. to her I never do anything good. Well, you can't please all people all the time!
Of course I can look in the mirror and say I am good, I can also say I am grrrrreat, delusion is a beautiful thing.
