Parents of 2 or more, have you noticed that time flies by so much faster when the second one comes along? Just yesterday I was pregnant, and now I have an 11 month old!

I agree. When I had my first child, I felt like time moved slowly. But after our twin boys were born, things go so fast. I remember buying them clothes on sale when they were born for the following year and they are already wearing the stuff. I barely remember them being little babies, even though I vividly remember my daughter being little for what seemed like a much longer time. I guess it's because we know what to expect so it seems faster. It almost seems to me like my twin sons are going to catch up to my daughter (even though she will always be 2 years 3 months older!)

Yes, time does fly faster and faster with each kid. I remember my 2nd's birth like it was yesterday and she's already 20 months. And I feel like I can't remember any of her first year or anything. But just wait until you have 3, then everything just becomes a blur!!! The pregnancy seems to take forever, but once they come out they grow up way too fast. I can't believe that my oldest will be starting Kindergarten in 2 years, it's so crazy.

Oh my gosh, yes!! I remember when my first was an infant and all of my elders kept saying to me, "Enjoy your little one while she is still young because before you blink she'll be off to college." I would think, "Yeah, whatever." But now that I have another daughter, I realize how true that statement is. My first is almost 12 and my youngest is 8!! I think, as several others have said, that it's because you know what to expect the second time around. So, enjoy them now while you have the chance. Before you know it they will be telling you not to embarass them in front of their friends by giving them hugs and kisses.

I hear you!!!!!! Mine are 20, 15, 13 and I have know clue where the time went! Life has seemed to slow down a bit though and I can enjoy it a bit more freely. Enjoy them while they are young because it does not slow down!!!

I felt that way with my first and know I am pregnant again and already three months and I don't know where those three months have gone. Once you have kids time goes by so fast, but when your the kid it is slow.

Isn't that the truth.
I am the youngest of 6 and I used to be upset with my mom because there were no baby books of me, and not many pictures.
I sure understand now!!!

Yes, it does. I have three kids, and time goes by so fast. I stay so busy I usually don't have time to 'stop and smell the roses'
