Sounds really good! Keep up the good work and you could be in shape about a month after beginning. The results could show even after a couple of days, not by weighting yourself but you should feel better. Don't add to much because the key is to continue during your classes as much as you can. If you have time for nothing else, keep the stretching and alternate the rest. This way, you'll be top shape for next summer!!!

5 miles on a bike really isn't very much. You might want to consider increasing that or maybe substituting a short run for the bike and walk.

That should firm you up but not cause much weight change, in the short term. Just keep at it and you'll be fine.

This sounds like a good routine. Maybe you could increase the nubmer of crunches, if you want to tone up your middle.

Looks like you need to add some weight training to build muscle mass.
