Note necessarily, the best way to maximize caffeine is to use more tea leaves (I use loose leaf tea) or tea bags. Over brewing will just release more tannins and make the tea bitter

There will not be more caffeine in your drink, but the taste of the tea will be much stronger, if that is what you prefer. the only way you can get more caffeine is if you put another tea bag in there...just like drinking coke or diet coke, you only have more caffeien by drinking more
