And how many pregnant mothers would strap explosives around her body to kill other innocent women and children? How many Christian women would take their child on board an airplane to kill hundreds of innocent civilians?
Perhaps religions place too much emphasis on the afterlife rather than peace on earth.
Peace!

First, my God is love, and whatever he ask me to do, I would do it because I know that he has my benefit at hand. Second, a loving God will not ask you to do such a thing. Third, I know that it's God's will for me to live forever upon the earth, therefore, I wouldn't be trying to enter into heaven for salvation. Fourth, if you don't want an honest answer, don't ask the question.

you are so closed-minded....sheesh....
why even waste our times answering silly what-if questions? God would never ask us to commit suicide....i know you said that's a dumb reply, but that's just how it is.....and secondly, if God COMMANDED us to do that, then we have no say in the matter.....the earth follows God's commands.....if He were to say "rise up" then every single dead person EVER would rise up....see what I mean? God has already taught us that the only way to salvation (and therefore heaven) is through His Son, Jesus Christ.

Suicide wouldn't be the right term to use..... However MARTYR would be more appropriate.
Martyr = One who gives up life for the faith.
Suicide = The willfulness of one ending their own life.
Do you see the difference?
And if so, then yes to your question....only if you rephrased that using the word martyr instead of suicide.

That my dear would be a test of faith. Firstly yes I would, but I know God would stop me from doing it because suicide is a sin.....dummy.

Of course, not I will disobey god. god can tell me whatever he wants to, but that does not mean I will obey him. I will only do what I know is right.
