Speak to the police about this. They may put a detective undercover.
If you're underage, you might also talk to your parents about this.
Do you know this for sure? Are you a victim? Or one of your friends? You might also talk to an abuse hotline or a place that counsels victims of violence, rape, or domestic abuse. If you are the victim, find a therapist.
If I thought my pastor was a pedophile but had no proof, I would speak to the elders of my church, or to a trusted leader in the church. If a child came to me saying she or he was abused by the pastor, I suppose I would gently ask the child questions to verify the accusation. If I believed it, I would go with the child to the police, the hospital, and/or a place that counsels victims of sexual abuse.
If I had witnessed such abuse, I'd tell the church elders and call the police.

i guess we as the body of the church would have to go tothe elders so they could discern if it was true or not and also pray alot about it. I thank God I do not have to worry about that in the church I attend. I know our pastor and that would never happen. One other thing I would do is keep the children from being alone with anyone who is suspect of that until it could be proven one way or the other.

If you THINK your pastor is one, I would not say anything because you have no proof. If you have proof, you should contact the authorities. I don't attend church, so I cannot answer the second half of your question...really. I would think I would at least inform the authorities or someone who would.

its u against the world in this case. no one likes to admit such things, especially with the repercussions of this happening in a church.
that being said, get what proof you can, take it to the church board and the denominations governing body....then tell the police.

Write a letter to the church organization and then, if you have children and parents ready to come forward, call the police.

You may think he is...
but do not ruin his name and reputation on a thought...
if it is just a friend saying so. - get proof.
If he touched you inappropriately - tell your parents first - not other people
