There is a reason parents put password protection on their child's computer. It's because they don't trust their child for some reason or another. I'd suggest the best way is to mature enough to the point where they would trust you enough to remove the restrictions from the computer.

Obviously your parents do not trust you. Your need to earn their trust so that they are confident that you will be able to make wise decisions for yourself. By asking this question and going behind their backs, it shows that perhaps you are not deserving of this trust.

In order to be treated like an adult you need to act like one. Sit them down and explain to them why you feel the need to have the protection removed. Let them know the types of sites that you want to visit and how the block is limiting your ability. Make them confident that you can make wise decisions by calming their fears. And, most importantly, let them into your life so that they do not feel like they need to guard you. If there is an open line of communication between you and your parents, they are much more likely to allow for more freedoms.

You don't. It is your parent's password and you obviously do not have permission to access that information. It is their computer and you don't have permission to uninstall anything from their computer. Get over it, there are some things that kids are not allowed to do.
