What are the most common signs that your pregnant?

im not sure if im exactly pregnant but somehow feel it, i dont know if its cramps or pregnancy? How can i tell?

nausea

extreme fatigue

frequent urination

tender breasts

headache

heartburn

constipation

spotting

feeling faint

If your not sure -- do a pregnancy test -- simple test kits are available, or go to your local health clinic and do the urine test for B-Hcg. It can be positive as early as 6-8weeks
