Assuming your chicken is already cooked (i.e., leftovers), take it off of the bone & leave it in chunks.

Cook up some egg noodles (or in your case macaroni); while doing that, empty a can of condensed cream of mushroom (or chicken) soup into a pan, thin it with 1/2 can of water or milk, add the chicken, & heat to bubbling.

Drain the noodles, then add the chicken sauce & blend thoroughly. Serve with a veggie or salad of your choice.

Fast, easy and cheap!

Around our house we call it Chicken Glop.
Boil water, cook pasta. We use Rotelli.
Heat 1 can Campbell's Cream of Chicken and 1 to 2 cups diced, cooked chicken meat. I usually add some garlic, Old Bay Seasoning, etc.
Stir into the cooked pasta. Easy as could be, and oh, so wonderful as comfort food.

Hamburger browned and grease drained. Add can of tomato soup, a big squeeze of ketsup (1/3 cup?) some minced onion and celery if you have it or else onion or celery salt. Boil elbow macaroni in separate pot, drain when done and add to meat mixture, YUMMY!! My mom called it Hunter's Hotdish??
