I have a bad lower back problem, and it's hard for me to bend, stand, or move around for any long period of time. What's the best, fastest way for me to lose weight?

There really isn't a fast way to lose weight. If you lose weight fast, it's only going to come back, twice as fast. So, your best bet is to just change your eating habits. Do you really need that soda? Drink some water. Do you really need that second helping? I think not.

Also, one reason for having back problems can be not only how much you weigh, but your breast size. A friend of my mom's had back problems for years. She went to her doctor and he recommended breast reduction surgery. She had it, and her back problems went away.
