If they are still there after he loses weight he should see a doctor about getting hormone shots to diminish them.
If he is instead thrilled to have them he should become a cross- dresser since a bra would be a great part of his wardrobe in that case.

if he is able to deal with all the laughs then fine go for it
better way if he is over weight tell him to lose weights if he is not then get a breast reduction

no. that is stupid that will just make it stick out more. my boyfriend has "boobs" and it is acutally a disease I forget what its called but my boyfriend is avid on getting a breast reduction
