Lemonade is so acidic - acidity turns to pain in the human body, as people are designed to be alkaline. I have heard of folks drinking straight lemon juice or it dilluted a bit in water to help scrub away fat - and a couple drinks like that a day for a couple days (no more than a week) might be helpful, but the sugar included in most lemonades will not help anything.
Peace!

Yes! My mom went on the lemonade diet last year and it is AMAZING. She lost about 2 pounds a day, losing a total of 40 pounds. After wards she slowly gained back about 20, but, you know, still. 20 pounds gone with no effort. Only bad thing is, it's pretty bitter, and you may have a very bad headache the first night.

If your talking about the lemonade cleanse with fresh lemons, grade A maple syrup, and cayenne pepper yes. I did it for three days and lost 5 pounds. I also include the sea salt water flush and ckls to cleanse my interior walls of debris. Its suppose to help the colon. the cleanse was actually great!! I did feel lighter and not light headed. I was not hungry either the lemon mixture cured hunger pains.

isn't alcohol form of the choice to lemonade? it is unhappy, Mike's no longer common Lemonade won't even use one hundred pc or 50 p.c. genuine lemon juice...if your generic practitioner tells you to drink something it relatively is a sensible concept to do it and to do it with out on a similar time being completely counter effective with the aid of slamming dehydrators....
