I agree with Jen B's recommendations except that I would use canned kitten meat to wean the kittens, along with the KMR. The canned meat is a better start for them. You can easily smudge a little in their mouths, they like the taste and soon learn to eat on their own.

I am not a fan of dry cat food (along with most holistic veterinarians). I think the meat will accomplish the weaning better than the dry food.

They need a special kitten formula (never cows milk). The formula is called KMR, I think. You can find it at Petco or Petsmart. They need to be fed every two-three hours. You may also want to get some kitten chow and leave it near them. Some kittens learn early to eat hard food. Good luck!
