okay if your seriously about doing it right here ya go. i did this after having my daughter and lost 30lbs in 3 and a half months.
1. eat more often. i know sounds a little screwy, but if you only eat 3 meals your metabolism slows and you tends to eat more later. if you eat a small, healthy meal every four hours (protein shakes like slim fast and some fruit work if you don't have time)
your metabolism will keep going throughout the day burning fat.
2. muscle eats fat. cardio burns it. cardio provides fat burning while your doing and helps keep your heart healthy and if you combine it with strenght training you'll be great because the muscle you build will continue to burn the fat throughout the day.
3. believe that you can do it and work hard, and the extra weight will be gone soon.

Just exercise. Running and doing basic cardio like crunches and push-ups (I know it doesn't sound like fun) help. I did it all summer long and only lost about 10 pounds but I gained everything in muscle and lost inches. I can now fit into a smaller jean size. In three weeks you can tone up...you will be pleased with the results if you work hard. Also try not to over eat, under eat or eat junk food. Eat the regular three meals a day and have healthy snacks. Stay away from pop and bad carbs. Chicken is key. I hope this helps!

Cardio exercise burns fat. Cardio exercise is anything you are constantly doing without stopping for a minimum of 20-25 minutes. Examples are fast-walking, running, using the treadmill (with an incline burns even more) roller skating, bike riding, etc. as long as it is NOT stop & go, it is cardio. Since you want to lose weight fast you would proably have to do one hour minimum EVERY day. And eat right too, otherwise you're wasting your time. I'm doing cardio workouts (treadmill) 4-5 times a week for about 25-30 minutes (I am slowly increasing the time) and it is working for me, but I'm eating well also. Good luck girl you can do it!!!

It all depends what your goal is for that three weeks. I have a few ideas. Try exercising like running, playing basketball, football, swimming, or some other vigorous for and hour or two a day. Eat healthy foods like vegetables and fruits. Have a good attitude about losing some weight. Have fun doing all this, don't make it a burden to do all this. If you don't like doing this by yourself ask a friend or a family member.

Eat less. Make an effort to decrease your portion size. I had a cold for three weeks and lost eight pounds because I had very little appetite. Also, aerobic exercise will help, at least 1/2 hour three times a week.

Exercise! It's easier to limit the calories coming in than burning them off. For example, one pound of fat contains 3500 calories or the equivalent of walking 35 miles.
Don't be fooled by water loss which is temporary.

I had great success with cutting down the carbs! Cut out all breads and pasta for the three weeks. BUT THE BEST WAY IS TO PEE! This means you need to drink lots of water! This will make the ole matabolism take off!

fasting!! like the muslims or hindu's way.. leave your stomach empty for quiet sometimes (according to your doctor advise) and with the right way they(muslims&hindu's) do, well wouldnt its nice to try it for just a week & look at the results? i have done it for 2 weeks and find myself best condition in not only weight, but also give me more energy to go on ,good health and also peacefull mind coz i really forget about the food for quite sometimes but my doctor says it depends on different individu to see the reasult out of all it.
